The Futures concept was developed to enhance focus and delivery for athletes, something that many struggle to achieve. We treat each team as a unique entity, ensuring it has its own identity and focus. With our experienced coaching staff, we prioritize preparation, understanding, and growth. We analyze game film, closely monitor each player's development and journey, and go above and beyond in providing constructive feedback.

Foundation
Having a solid foundation is crucial for a player's development. Without a strong understanding of the key elements of the game, a player is likely to struggle in the long run. Even some of the best players need to revisit the basics before they can progress in their understanding of the game and learn how to combine their skills with the concepts that their high school or college coach is implementing.
FILM
Learning how to consume film is not inherently understood; it is a skill that must be taught. The importance of analyzing film is crucial for a player’s development. It provides a clearer understanding of what coaches are trying to convey and how players interpret that information. There are always two perspectives in a lacrosse game: what the coach sees, what the player sees, and what the film reveals actually happened. This is why film analysis is a vital part of our curriculum.
Development
Development is a term frequently used by many lacrosse clubs, often without a clear understanding of its meaning. To us, development involves instilling elite lacrosse principles and concepts that are utilized at the highest levels of the game. This approach will ensure that your athlete enters high school and college fields with a solid understanding of how to apply these concepts to their gameplay in new environments.
Progression
A player's progression is one of the most difficult aspects to convey without bias from coaches or parents. To address this, we utilize film, statistics, and specific goals as milestones for each player to achieve. We hold two progress sessions with parents over Zoom each year. This approach provides a clear picture of where your player currently stands and where they need to go. It also allows for open conversations among your family, the player, and the coach regarding any questions you may have about your player's progress. Maintaining clarity and open communication is essential for us to work together toward each player's development and to ensure we share the same message.
